المهام المطلوبة
- Social Media Strategy: Developing and implementing a comprehensive social media strategy to achieve the organization’s marketing and communication goals. This involves identifying target audiences, selecting appropriate social media platforms, and planning content and campaigns.
- Content Creation: Creating engaging and high-quality content for social media platforms, including text, images, videos, and infographics. This content should be tailored to the target audience and aligned with the brand’s voice and messaging.
- Community Management: Managing and engaging with the organization’s social media communities, including responding to comments, messages, and reviews. Monitoring conversations, addressing inquiries, and fostering positive relationships with followers and customers.
- Social Listening and Monitoring: Keeping track of online conversations, mentions, and trends related to the organization or its industry. Monitoring social media channels for any potential issues or crises and promptly addressing them.
- Analytics and Reporting: Utilizing social media analytics tools to track and analyze the performance of social media campaigns and content. Providing regular reports and insights to stakeholders, identifying areas for improvement, and making data-driven recommendations.
- Paid Advertising: Planning and executing social media advertising campaigns, including managing budgets, targeting specific audiences, and optimizing ad performance. Monitoring and analyzing the results of paid campaigns to maximize return on investment (ROI).
- Social Media Trends and Research: Staying up to date with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices. Conducting research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Brand Reputation Management: Maintaining a positive brand image and managing online reputation through effective social media strategies. Responding to customer feedback and addressing any negative comments or reviews in a professional and timely manner.
- Collaboration and Coordination: Working closely with cross-functional teams such as marketing, public relations, customer support, and creative departments to align social media efforts with broader organizational goals and initiatives.
